We may utilize your email address to send communications to you, but you may opt out at any time. If there are any questions you have that aren’t covered here, please email us at info@loyalstricklin.mom and we’ll reply to your inquiry as soon as possible.

SHIPPING POLICY

Loyal Stricklin proudly ships all domestic and international orders via USPS. We also use UPS on large, heavy items when the customer selects this service. Tracking numbers are provided by email at the time of shipment. If you would like to use a FEDEX or UPS account, or need an item overnighted, please email us immediately after placing the order at info@loyalstricklin.mom. We will get back to you as soon as we can!

The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Loyal Stricklin is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods. Any shipping charges incurred due to exchange or returns for store credit are the responsibility of the customer. 

We work hard to keep our shipping rates reasonable while still getting your items to you in the most efficient and reliable way possible, and we appreciate your understanding. 

Loyal Stricklin is not responsible for items once they leave our hands.

Please allow up to 7 business day for your order to be fulfilled, unless otherwise noted in the listing, as all our items are made to order by hand.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping prices are calculated based on real-time courier rates plus handling. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is defective.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO? 

International shipping is currently available to the countries on our list at checkout from Loyal Stricklin, with the exception of some countries we have blocked due to a high level of fraudulent activity. We  will ship to almost any destination around the world including APO / FPO addresses.
